What is a tag?
A tag is a descriptive word or code used to flag a word or image within the website to make it easier to find.
HINT: When you create a journal/blog you can add a few words to describe the content. This becomes a searchable keyword that others will user to find the information.

- Go to the tab on the toolbar below the 'parent juice' logo (i.e. the navigation bar) and click on 'join'
- Fill in the details (including desired username, password, email address) etc.
- After you've submitted the form, we'll send you a confirmation email with a link. Click on the link and that will take you back to the website. You are now a member and can sign in.
- Check to see if you've received an email in your 'junk mail' or 'spam' folder.
- Make sure you are using the right email address

- Go to parentjuice.com and see if you can login
- If this doesn't work, try cutting and pasting the link from the email into your website browser

- This allows us to remember your information so each time you come to parentjuice you don't need to login.
- When you are logged in, go to 'settings'on the toolbar. You will then see your account settings on the page. Click on 'change password'
- All members receive a personal profile
- Click on 'join' and answer all the questions.

- On your profile page, click on the 'change profile picture' below the profile picture box

- Upload a new picture and the old one will disappear

- Scroll down the "account settings" page to your birth date details and adjust the date.
- Save any changes by clicking the "save profile settings" button at the bottom of the page

- Click on "photos" in the toolbar
- Go to the "submit center" on the right hand side and click on "upload photos"

- Your photos will appear one by one down the page. Under each photo is a "delete" button.
- Click "delete"

- Click on "journals/blogs" (in the toolbar that's on your profile page, just below the navigation bar)
- Go to the submit center on the right hand side of the page and click on "write journals/blogs"
- Login to your profile page
- Click on "journals/blogs" (in the toolbar that's on your profile page, just below the navigation bar)
- Go to the edit center on the right hand side of the page and click on "manage journals/blogs"
- Each of your journals will then appear down the page. Next to each journal entry is a "delete" button (an "X").
- Click "delete"

- Go to the profile page of the person you wish to block
- Scroll down below their picture and click on 'block user'

- Click on 'settings' and scroll down to 'My Edit Center'
- Click on 'Blocked Users'
- Click on the user you wish to unblock

- Login to your profile page.
- Find the profile page of the person you want to friend (you can "browse members" in community if you need help finding them)
- Underneath their profile picture, scroll down to the contact panel and click "add to friends"
- The person will then receive a friend email notification and need to accept/decline your friendship

- Click on settings (on the toolbar) and on the right hand side, go to submit center
- Click on create poll and develop your poll question and answers
- Click submit poll and it will soon be published
- As a parentjuice.com member you can send and receive emails with other members. Just click on your inbox and on the right side, hit the "compose" button to write an email
- Click on the inbox button on your profile page. Click on the message title of the new mail in your inbox.
- Rather than print out or save articles to your desktop, you can save your favorite articles to your parentjuice profile.
- Click on "add to favorites" on the right-hand side of the article you'd like to save
- When you're logged into your profile, you can easily access this article by going into settings and clicking on "saved articles"
- Just below their two featured images on their profile page (next to their profile image), click on the grey button "view all my photos"
- Login to your profile page.

- On your personal information page, scroll down to "privacy settings"
- Check the settings you wish to apply to your profile and scroll down and click "save settings"
- This is a community conversation box. Anyone visiting the site can type a message for all to see. Everybody sees exactly what you see in your shout box!
- Click on "community" in the navigation bar at the top of the page
- Click on "browse members"
- Search for people by country, state, zip code or by profile-specifics such as username and number of teens
- Click search and the results will appear below the "browse members" box

- Click on the forum you wish to view
- If you want to post a message in a forum you must be a member, signed in
